Douglas Radoye

Douglas Radoye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, agile methodologies, and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for the Container Hardening Team at DoD Platform One, Douglas has led initiatives to enhance the quality and security of container images. As a Managing Consultant at Oteemo Inc., Douglas has been instrumental in creating a modular agile training program and building client relationships. Previously, Douglas held key roles in the PEO IWS FORGE and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, where strategic leadership in software development and DevSecOps practices was emphasized. Douglas holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Mary Washington.
