Keith Rolls has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Keith began their career as a Senior Account Manager at Complete Group in 1998 and worked there until 2000. Keith then joined twentysix London as a Production Board Director, where they oversaw agency operations and profitability until 2007. During this time, they also gained extensive client-facing experience in project management and strategic planning. In 2007, Keith joined DHL as the Global Digital Director and played a vital role in the company's digital transformation, particularly in the areas of website, content, campaigns, eCRM/marketing automation, eCommerce, search, display, and social media. Keith managed a team of 80 professionals, including project managers, digital marketing managers, content editors, UX designers, testers, analysts, and developers. After a successful tenure at DHL that lasted over a decade, Keith moved on to work as the Sales & Marketing Operations Director at Doddle in 2020.
Keith Rolls attended the University of Cambridge from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained an MA Hons degree in Natural Sciences. In terms of additional certifications, they completed "Excel: PivotTables for Beginners" from LinkedIn in June 2020 and "SketchUp for Architecture" from LinkedIn in October 2019.
