David Gilbert

David Gilbert has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David is currently serving as the President at Dodge Industrial, Inc., a position they assumed in March 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Operations at the same company, starting from October 2021 until March 2022.

Before joining Dodge Industrial, Inc., David worked at ABB Motors and Drives North America as the Vice President of Operations - MPT from April 2019 to October 2021.

From March 2017 to April 2019, David served as the Vice President of Manufacturing at ABB.

David also has experience working at Baldor Electric Company, where they held the roles of Director of Manufacturing from November 2013 to March 2017, and Plant Manager from June 2002 to November 2013.

At Rockwell Automation, David held multiple roles including Materials Manager from June 2001 to June 2002, Manufacturing Manager from March 2000 to June 2001, Continuous Improvement Manager from March 1999 to March 2000, and Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor from May 1998 to March 1999.

David began their career at Torrington Co. as a Manufacturing Engineer from May 1988 to January 1994, and later served as a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor from January 1994 to May 1998.

David Gilbert attended North Carolina State University from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering.
