Erik te. Riele is an accomplished engineering professional with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. Currently serving as the Application Engineering Process Manager at Dodge Industrial, Inc. since February 2022, Erik has successfully managed high-value projects and utilized Agile methodology to enhance engineering productivity and customer satisfaction. Previous experience includes roles as an Application Engineer at Dodge Industrial, where Erik implemented cost-saving projects, and Manufacturing Manager at Frito Lay, leading a team to achieve operational excellence. Additional experience encompasses a teaching assistant position in a Design and Manufacturing lab and an internship with Power Systems Mfg., as well as earlier leadership experience as a Shift Lead at Tropical Smoothie Café.
