Michele Mays has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Michele started their career as a Senior Accountant at Dana Holding Corporation in 1993, where they prepared variance analysis, payroll processing, and tax returns. In 1999, they joined TRW - Chassis Systems as a Senior Accountant, where they completed various financial analyses and consolidations. Michele then moved to Baldor Electric Company in 2004 as a Controller, leading financial functions and managing a staff. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Finance at Dodge Industrial, Inc. Additionally, they previously served as the Dodge Division Controller at the same company, where they were responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
Michele Mays completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Accounting from East Tennessee State University from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Big Creek High School in War, WV, from 1984 to 1988.
