DodgeUX is a senior-led UX strategy and product design partner for B2B SaaS teams.

We work with founders, product leaders, and engineering teams who know design matters, but don’t yet need or want a full-time UX hire.

Often we step in at moments of growth, complexity, or uncertainty: early product definition, platform expansion, redesigns under pressure, or when internal teams need clearer direction.

Our role is not to decorate interfaces. It’s to help teams make better product decisions faster.

That usually looks like:
	•	Clarifying product strategy before execution
	•	Translating business and technical constraints into usable systems
	•	Reducing churn, rework, and misalignment across teams
	•	Acting as interim UX leadership while teams scale

We specialize in complex SaaS products, including AI and data-driven platforms, enterprise workflows, and 0→1 products where clarity matters more than speed alone.

Typical engagements include:
	•	UX audits and product direction
	•	Design systems and scalable UI foundations
	•	Core workflows and critical user journeys
	•	Founder and product team alignment

If your product is growing faster than your design process, we can help close that gap.
