Katerina Borodich

Katerina Borodich is an accomplished professional with significant experience in leadership and marketing within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the CEO of Drinkit UAE under Dodo Brands, Katerina successfully built Drinkit Coffee from the ground up, establishing five profitable coffee shops in Dubai with additional locations in development. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Dodo Pizza UK, where Katerina led a team that transformed a new pizzeria concept to profitability in 14 months, and Team Lead, where an innovative food concept was launched during the COVID-19 pandemic. Katerina's marketing expertise was further demonstrated as Marketing Team Lead at Dodo Pizza UK, resulting in substantial sales growth. Katerina began a career in marketing at Mann, Ivanov & Ferber, progressing from junior marketer to Editor-in-Chief and Marketing Team Leader. Katerina holds a postgraduate degree in Power Supply of Industrial Enterprises from Moscow Power Engineering Institute and further education from the Academy of Communications "Wordshop."
