Tamara Shaidulina has a diverse work experience. Tamara started their career as an intern at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Sales Manager at Paper Planes for a short period. In 2016, Tamara joined Dodo Brands as a Project Manager and later took on the role of Promomarketing and Partnership Manager from 2019 to 2021. Tamara then became Head of Delivery Eurasia in Dodo Pizza Company until January 2023, when they transitioned to become the Head of Dine-in Eurasia in the same company. Starting in June 2023, Tamara is currently serving as the Head of Marketing in Kazakhstan for Dodo Brands.
Tamara Shaidulina received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they also earned another Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Tampere University of Technology.

Founded in 2011 in Syktyvkar, Russia as a pizza delivery company, it now operates in 13 countries, with more markets launching in the near future.
