Vladislav Mandryka

Vladislav Mandryka is a highly experienced commercial director with a strong background in supply chain management and procurement. Currently serving as Commercial Director at Dodo Brands, responsibilities include overseeing supply chain, quality, and production across 24 countries and three business units. Previously, as Global Supply Chain Director, Vladislav established supply chains for multiple regions and implemented digital transformations. With extensive experience as Chief Procurement Officer, transformative achievements include supplier portfolio redesign and significant cost reductions in logistics. Vladislav has also consulted for MW Partners, focusing on digital transformations in the supply chain, and held senior roles at Anadolu Efes and SABMiller, developing procurement and foreign trade expertise.
