Chris McCracken

Chris McCracken, ARM, is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at UrbanCore Realty since August 2023. With extensive experience in multi-family property management, Chris has held the position of Regional Manager of Multi-Family Property Management since March 2016 and has worked with Dodson Property Management in various roles, including Director of Multi-Family Property Management and Supervising Property Manager. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Bank of America as a Senior Operations Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed managing client business profiles and ensuring data accuracy across numerous projects. Chris also contributed as a Data Management Officer for Signature Consultants, focusing on data remediation and quality improvements, and began a career in planning as an intern with the Mount Rogers Planning District Commission. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Emory & Henry University in 2008.
