Doegode is a real-time, AI-native Strategic Execution Risk Management (SEₓRM™) SaaS platform that transforms enterprise risk management into a real-time, strategy-aligned, and execution-intelligent program—equipping organizations with the adaptive execution capabilities needed to effectively manage high-stakes risks and capitalize on top-tier opportunities.

Doegode was founded by Augustine Doe, a leading authority in SEₓRM™, with training from Harvard and Stanford and over two decades of experience designing and implement SEₓRM™ programs across diverse industries. His work with Fortune 500 and global organizations revealed a persistent and costly problem: the costly failure of strategy at the execution stage.

In response, he created Doegode—a category-defining, real-time SEₓRM™ SaaS platform purpose-built to help business leaders execute strategy with precision and confidence, navigate the high-stakes risks inherent in strategic execution, capitalize on top-tier opportunities presented during strategy execution, and drive sustained, market-leading performance.

Doegode is now raising $4M pre-seed to scale its AI-native SEₓRM™ platform—an enterprise SaaS solution built at the intersection of AI and GovTech to close the $trillion strategy-execution gap for the fortune 3000.

Join us in building a multi-billion-dollar, blue-ocean B2B category and first AI-native Strategic Execution Risk Management Platform.
