Roxie Romero

Roxie Romero is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Dôen since September 2019, Roxie has held significant roles such as VP of Operations at BROCK COLLECTION and Director of Operations at Thakoon. Additional expertise includes positions at 3x1, L Brands, and Brochu Walker, where Roxie demonstrated strong operational management skills. Early career roles included Operations and Logistics Manager at Barron-Duquette and various customer service positions. Roxie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Southern California and completed a program in Supply Chain Management at Baruch College in 2016.
