Marijn Braakman

Marijn Braakman serves as a co-owner of zzp'r since January 2023 and has been the Director of doen'r since February 2019, focusing on decisive action within the organization. Prior experience includes Director of Operations at HeadFirst Source Group from August 2017 to December 2018, where responsibility encompassed general operational management and sales for the largest accounts in the Benelux region. As Managing Director a.i. at Proud Company from November 2016 to January 2018, Marijn ensured smooth operations and client relationships following the company’s acquisition. Previous roles include Commercial Director at Source and Manager of Strategic Accounts at Profource, with extensive experience in project leadership for various organizations, including VUmc and the Gemeente Rotterdam, focusing on financial and operational processes. Educational qualifications include a degree in Fiscale Economie from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
