Pierre Kuma

Pierre Kuma, PMP has a diverse work experience that spans over 12 years. Pierre began their professional career as a Trainee Petroleum Engineer at the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation in 2009. After completing their role there, they joined Transocean as an Accelerated Rig Trainee in 2011, and later transitioned to the position of Assistant Driller in 2013. In 2016, Pierre joined DOF Subsea as a Project Engineer, where they worked until 2017. Pierre then briefly worked at DeepOcean as a Project Engineer in 2018 before returning to DOF Subsea in the same role. Pierre's most recent position is Commercial Lead at DOF Subsea, which they have held since 2022. With their strong background in engineering and project management, Pierre brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role as Commercial Lead.

Pierre Kuma, PMP, completed their education in a chronological manner. Pierre pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they attended Robert Gordon University from 2014 to 2015 to obtain their Master of Science degree in Drilling and Well Engineering, with a focus on Petroleum Engineering. In addition to their academic qualifications, Pierre Kuma has also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2023.
