Dave Orth is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and merchant banking. Currently serving as Principal at Blue Ridge Development, LLC since January 2018, Dave also owns Dog Haus and Haagen Dazs, both launched in September 2021. Prior to these roles, Dave held the position of Director at AMA Capital Partners, LLC from 2006 to 2018, focusing on transportation and energy industries, as well as serving as Vice President at BOVARO Partners, LLC from 2002 to 2006. Early career experience includes roles as Associate at Bear Stearns & Co. and First Dominion Capital, where involvement in mezzanine debt, private equity investments, and various principal transactions was key. Dave began a career in finance as an Analyst at SCHRODERS PLC after earning a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Washington and Lee University, along with education from The Pingry School and Singapore American School.
