Todd Schechter has over 10 years of professional experience. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Strategist at Frog. From 2015 to 2021, they were the COO and Co-Founder of DogSpot. In 2020, they were the Voter Activation Director and Coordinated Campaign in Ohio for the Ohio Democratic Party, where they were responsible for developing and overseeing the statewide Voter Activation Program in Ohio. Todd also worked as an Operations Director in ME for Team Bloomberg, a Founder for PurposeFuel, a Food Incubator Strategist for Chobani, a Co-Director for Ignite Good, a Project Associate for Lyndhurst: Demographic Study and Visitor Experience Design for Landscapes for Historic Sites, a Project Associate for Organizational Development Intervention Team for the Town of North Hempstead, and a Project Associate for International Financial Literacy Program for Standard and Poor's.

Todd Schechter obtained their High School Diploma from Horace Mann School in 1998. Todd then attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a BS in Communication Arts (Radio Television and Film), Theatre and Drama in 2003. In 2009, they obtained an MPA in Public and Non-Profit Management from New York University. Todd has also obtained a 5 Week Behavioral Science Training certification from frog in April 2022.
