Hilde Sponheim is currently a Seniorrådgiver arkitektur, by- og stedsutvikling at Design og arkitektur Norge (DOGA), where they focus on architecture and urban development. They previously held the role of Seniorrådgiver at Kommunal- og distriktsdepartementet (KDD) from 2023 to 2024, supporting state architecture policy. From 2019 to 2024, Hilde was an architect at LPO arkitekter, and earlier, from 2001 to 2005, they contributed as a project assistant on the Bjørvika-Bispevika-Lohavn regulatory plan at Plan- og bygningsetaten. Hilde earned a degree in architecture from Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) between 1996 and 2001.
