Vanja Ivos

Vanja Ivos has a diverse work experience in various roles.

From 2023, Vanja is currently working as an Operations Lead at DoGood.

In 2021, Vanja joined Rive as a Talent Acquisition & Expansion role. Their main responsibility was to attract the best talent across Europe, such as Spain, Finland, Poland, and France, to scale Rive's team.

From 2015 to 2021, Vanja worked at binternational. They started as a Healthcare Recruiter and managed international healthcare recruitment projects. Later, Vanja became the Recruitment Manager of the Healthcare Division, where they led a team of Recruitment Consultants and implemented new initiatives. Lastly, Vanja served as the Recruitment Manager, leading a team of International Recruitment Consultants, improving processes, and building client relationships.

Vanja also worked as a Training and Development Consultant at Instituto de Gestión del Cambio en positivo (IMm) from 2018 to 2020.

Vanja Ivos completed a Bachelor's degree at the University of Belgrade from 2007 to 2011. Later, from 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. No specific field of study was provided for either degree.
