Matthew Molter

Matthew Molter is the founder of DOGTEAMpro, a role begun in 2022. They previously founded Agency360 Public Safety Optimized (2014–2022) and DesignPD (2006–2014). They served as a police officer with the Indiana University Police Department (1999–2003) and the Carmel Police Department (2004–2010). They earned an MA in Human Computer Interactions and a BA in Criminal Justice & Information Technology from Indiana University Bloomington. They also served as Manager of Agency360 at NEOGOV in 2022.
