Kim Broome has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Kim started their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they worked as a Sales Manager and later became a Group Rental Manager. During their time at Enterprise, they significantly increased revenue, fleet size, and profits, and also developed and launched a comprehensive recruiting, training, and employee retention program. Following their tenure at Enterprise, Kim worked as a National Program Manager for Quality Project Management, where they managed multi-million dollar projects for TravelCenters of America-Petro. Kim then co-owned and served as the Chief Operations Officer at Which Wich? Superior Sandwiches before joining Dogtopia as the New Store Opening Manager and later becoming the Director of New Store Operations. Prior to all this, Kim also worked as a Facilities Manager at Kalmbach Publishing Co., where they developed and executed safety programs and reduced recordable accidents by 17.5%.

Kim Broome obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. This degree was earned between the years 1985 and 1988.
