Eray Gozener has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eray began their career as a Software Developer at Demirbank in 1998 and later worked as a Software Engineer at Data MediaTurkiye in 1999. Eray then joined Turkcell in 2000, where they held various roles including Team Member, Billing and Collection Manager, and Service & Tariff & Provisioning & Fraud Manager. At Turkcell, they led teams and was responsible for application operations, problem management, change management, capacity management, and performance management.
In 2010, Eray Gozener moved to the role of Business & Service Process Management Manager at Turkcell, where they managed Telco Services and Turkcell middleware platforms. Eray was also responsible for overseeing Service Orchestration Architecture and Business Orchestration Architecture.
In 2012, Eray Gozener became the Billing & Charging Operations Manager at Turkcell, where they led a team and focused on billing, rating, charging, collection, mediation, interconnect, fraud, and campaign application operations. Eray also managed vendor relationships and ensured the achievement of strategic outsourcing SLAs.
In 2014, they joined Avea as the Application Operations Senior Manager, responsible for the operation of applications within the company. Later, in 2015, they joined Turk Telekom as the Charging and Mediation Operations Group Manager, overseeing the charging and mediation operations of the organization.
Most recently, Eray Gozener became the Executive Vice President at Doğuş Teknoloji in 2017, a role in which they currently serve.
Eray Gozener has a strong education background in the fields of computer engineering and business administration. Eray attended Istanbul Kultur University from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an MBA with a GPA of 3.46. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Maltepe University from 2006 to 2009, achieving a GPA of 3.8. Eray Gozener's undergraduate studies took place at Istanbul University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a degree in Computer Engineering with a GPA of 2.98.
In addition to their formal education, Eray Gozener obtained a certification in ITIL V3 from HP in June 2010.
