Nilay Ay

Nilay Ay has extensive experience in the field of data analysis. They started their career as a Summer Intern at Bosch Thermotechniek in 2010. Afterward, they worked as a Project Engineer at IKEA Group from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, Nilay joined Yordam Management Consulting as a Project Specialist, and in 2015, they became a Data Mining Specialist at Intertech Bilgi İşlem ve Pazarlama Tic. A.Ş. Their next role was as a Data Analyst at Koç Finansman A.Ş., where they worked from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Nilay is employed at Doğuş Teknoloji, initially starting as a Senior Data Analyst in 2020 and later being promoted to the role of Principal Data Analyst in November 2021.

Nilay Ay has a diverse education history. Nilay completed their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, from 2015 to 2018.
