Ufuk Çağlayan

Ufuk Çağlayan has extensive work experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and consulting. Ufuk started their career at Bilge Adam as an MS Office System Consultant in January 2013, later transitioning to become a Business Intelligence Consultant in June 2017. In February 2019, they briefly worked as a Senior Tutor at İstanbul Şehir Üniversitesi. In March 2019, they joined Kazancı Holding A.Ş. as an İş Zekası Uzmanı and worked there until December 2020. In December 2020, they joined LC Waikiki as a Business Intelligence Engineer until June 2021. Currently, Ufuk is working at Doğuş Teknoloji as a Senior Business Intelligence and DWH Specialist since June 2021, and has recently been promoted to Principal Business Intelligence and DWH Specialist in October 2022.

Ufuk Çağlayan completed their undergraduate studies at Sakarya University from 2008 to 2012, earning a degree in Bilgisayar Sistemleri Öğretmenliği (Computer Systems Education). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. In 2013, they became a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). In 2014, they obtained the MSOS: Microsoft Excel 2010 certification from Microsoft. In 2018, Ufuk received certifications as a Qlik Sense End User and Qlik Sense Developer from Qlik. That same year, they also obtained a Sap BO certification from FiCoSoft Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. In 2019, they completed the IBM SPSS Collaboration & Deployment Services certification from AIMS (Former SPSS TR). In 2020, they received certifications in IBM SPSS Modeler ile Veri Madenciliği Giriş and IBM SPSS Modeler ile Veri Manipülasyonu from AIMS (Former SPSS TR). Most recently, in 2023, Ufuk obtained the Vertica Essentials 10.x certification from both Vertica and Micro Focus.
