Filiz Akay

Filiz Akay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive assistance and project leadership. Currently serving as the Assistant to the Chairman & CEO at Doğuş Otomotiv since July 2023, Filiz previously held the position of Executive Assistant at Aygaz A.Ş. from December 2022 to July 2023. Filiz made significant contributions to adidas as the adidasrunners Türkiye Koşu Kaptanı from December 2014 to July 2021, facilitating the involvement of hundreds in running and health initiatives, and participated in training sessions in Berlin. From 2013 to 2021, Filiz assisted senior executives at D-Smart, a technology company under Doğan Holding and later Demirören Holding. Earlier career experience includes a role as Purchasing Officer at Med Marine Holding and Buyer at Efor Events. Filiz holds a degree from Sakarya University and graduated from Kocaeli Anadolu Lisesi.
