Aap Angela Powell

Angela Powell, AAP, currently serves as Deposit Operations Manager at both Dogwood State Bank and Sound Bank, having joined Dogwood State Bank in June 2017, and Sound Bank in June 2019. Angela previously held the position of Electronic Banking at West Town Bank & Trust from June 2018 to June 2019, and various roles at Yadkin Bank from December 2013 to June 2018, including Business Analyst for Electronics and Branch Solutions and Deposit Services Manager. Earlier experience includes VP/Manager of Retail Operations at Harrington Bank and VP/Operations Manager at Cardinal State Bank, where responsibilities encompassed daily retail operations and compliance management. Angela began their career as a Regulatory Reporting Officer at Central Carolina Bank from May 1992 to April 2001. Angela obtained an Associate's degree in Business from the University of Phoenix between 2010 and 2012.
