Jennifer Howard has had an extensive career in various operations and management roles, with experience in banking, communications, and recreational therapy. Currently, Jennifer serves as the SVP, Director of Operations at Dogwood State Bank, where Jennifer leads multiple teams to support the bank's growth and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Prior to this, Jennifer held senior vice president positions at Square 1 Bank and a real estate operations manager role at SpectraSite Communications. Jennifer's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy from East Carolina University and an Associate of Arts from Louisburg College.
