Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a specialization in credit and risk management. Michael served as the Chief Credit Officer at Dogwood State Bank and Sound Bank in 2019, before moving on to become a Commercial Credit Officer at Capital Bank from 2013 to 2019. Prior to that, they held a role in Commercial Risk Management at Fifth Third Bank from 2004 to 2013.

Michael Johnson completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at The Ohio State University from 1986 to 1990. Michael then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 1999 to 2000.
