Hadi Abs Osta

Hadi Abs Osta is a seasoned professional in the insurance and reinsurance industry, currently serving as Senior Manager in the Life and Medical Department at Doha Insurance Group since November 2020. Prior to this role, Hadi held the position of Manager in the same department and worked as Assistant Head of Regional Markets at Mena Re Life from August 2018 to October 2020, focusing on underwriting and managing medical and life reinsurance portfolios. Hadi's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Reinsurance Broker at Nasco France from February 2014 to July 2018, where responsibilities included analyzing ceding companies’ performance and negotiating reinsurance terms. Hadi began a career in finance with an internship at Banque du Liban in July 2013. Hadi holds an MBA in Finance with a specialization in Finance and Financial Institutions from Lebanese University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science with a minor in Finance from Notre Dame University, complemented by a Lebanese Baccalaureate in Life Sciences.
