David Price is a Senior Research Fellow at both the University of Melbourne and The Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity since November 2017, holding a joint position within the Centre for Epidemiology & Biostatistics. Previous experience includes a Research Associate role at the University of Cambridge from October 2015 to September 2017, focusing on optimal experimental design and statistical inference. Additional roles include a Research Assistant at the Womens and Childrens Hospital Research Institute and an AMSI Internship at SA Pathology. David completed a PhD in Optimal Experimental Design for Markov Chain models at the University of Adelaide, where earlier degrees in Mathematical Sciences were also obtained, including a Bachelor's with Honours in Statistics. Teaching contributions spanned various subjects, providing statistical consulting and supervision at the University of Adelaide.
