James F Reilly has over three decades of work experience in the field of training and development, primarily in the food and beverage industry. Starting from their role as a Training General Manager at McDonald's in 1986, they later moved on to positions such as Regional Training Manager and Regional Training Director at Cosi. More recently, they have held various senior director roles at Doherty Enterprises, focusing on people operations, learning & development, and employee relations. Their responsibilities have included establishing strategic goals, translating them into measurable objectives, and monitoring performance against those objectives.
