Scott Jones is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Doherty Enterprises since September 2013. Previously, Scott held the position of Assistant General Manager at The Shannon Rose Irish Pub from July 2015 to April 2023. Scott obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from Montclair State University, studying there from 2000 to 2003, and also attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy from 1994 to 1996.
