Tore Henriksen has had a diverse range of work experience, primarily in the maritime industry. Tore served as the President/Managing Director of Döhle Shipmanagement Phils. Corp. and the Chair of the Board of Directors for Döhle Seafront Crewing (Manila), Inc. Tore also held the role of Director at German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. Currently, Tore is the Director and Chair of the Joint Maritime Committee of the Dutch-, German-, Nordic-, and Norwegian Chambers at GPCCI/AHK Philippinen. Tore has also held leadership positions as the Chair of the Board of Directors at MannHam Holding Corporation, European Training and Competence Centre Incorporated, and Odfjell Ship Management Philippines Inc. Additionally, Tore contributed to the Norwegian Shipowners' Association as a Member of the Steering Committee for the Association of Shipowners' Training and Education Project.
Tore Henriksen's education history begins in 1985 when they attended the Non Commissioned Officer School, where they may have received some form of training but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In 1987, they enrolled in the Norwegian Naval Academy for the 1st Level program, focusing on Operative and Social Sciences. After completing this program in 1989, they continued their education at the same academy, this time pursuing the 2nd Level program from 1992 to 1994, again specializing in Operative and Social Sciences. Later, in 1999, Tore Henriksen attended the Royal Norwegian Navy, undertaking the National Long Course in Above Water Warfare, which they completed in 2000.
