Berilsu Arslan

Berilsu Arslan is currently a Human Resources Assistant at DöhlerGroup, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this, experience includes a role as an HR Long Term Intern in Learning and Development at Esan from September 2024 to May 2025, where responsibilities encompassed operational support for corporate learning activities, onboarding program design, and training needs analysis. Additionally, Berilsu Arslan interned at BASF from October 2023 to August 2024, contributing to internal recruitment and coordinating training programs. Previous experience also includes a long-term internship at Episome Biotechnologies from December 2022 to June 2023.
