Keshav Khedkar is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Team Lead - Production & Planning and Sr. Manager - Powder at DöhlerGroup since February 2015. At Döhler, a leading producer of natural ingredients, Keshav oversees the management of powder premixes. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of Development & Operations and Manager of Processed Foods at Sahara Q Shop, where responsibilities spanned new product development, vendor management, and production oversight. Keshav also served as Manager of Product Development at Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd, focusing on the development of various beverages, and held key positions at Sakorkar Group and Cafe Coffee Day, enhancing expertise in research and development. Keshav began the career with training experiences at Dinshaw's Foods and Superior Drinks Pvt. Ltd. Keshav holds an M. Tech in Food Technology, graduating as a Gold Medallist from LIT, Nagpur, and a B. Tech in Food Technology from the College of Food Technology, MAU, Parbhani.
