Monika Tomaszewski

Monika Tomaszewski is an R&D Product Developer specializing in Taste Modulation at DöhlerGroup, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Monika accumulated over a decade of experience at Mars, serving in various roles that included Plant Chemistry Scientist, Flavor Scientist, and Flavor Chemist, starting as a Color Technician in January 2009 and concluding in December 2020. Monika holds a Master's degree in Food Science from Rutgers University, a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Montclair State University, and an Associate of Science in Chemistry from Bergen Community College.
