Paul Graham

Paul Graham currently serves as the President & CEO of the Americas at DöhlerGroup and is a member of the Executive Board. With extensive experience in the flavors industry, Paul has held significant leadership roles at Symrise, including President of Flavors North America and Senior Vice President of Flavors N.A. Previously, Paul managed various teams and contributed to the turnaround of businesses in multiple regions, such as Oceania and the UK. Paul’s career also includes roles at Pernod Ricard as Innovation Director and Unilever in various marketing and account management positions. Paul holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and has pursued continued education at other institutions.
