Serdar Kaplan

Serdar Kaplan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and production management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations for the West Cluster at DöhlerGroup since May 2017, Serdar has held various leadership roles within the company, including Head of Plants for İzmir & Marmara and Head of Operational Excellence. Prior experience includes positions as Production Manager and Operations Chief at TAMEK from July 2009 to April 2017, as well as roles as Production Engineer at Yörsan and Zumdieck Canned and Frozen Food. Serdar holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Istanbul Bilgi University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Engineering from Uludag University.
