Zacharias Santoso

Zacharias Santoso currently serves as the Chairman of the East Java Chapter for IPERINDO and is a member of the Industrial Advisory Boards at Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya. Since 2018, Zacharias has been the Head of Site & Business Process Improvement and a member of the management team at Dok Pantai Lamongan, the largest concrete slipway shipyard in Indonesia. Previously, Zacharias held various roles, including Head of Operations at PT Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines, where responsibilities included managing operations across 30 branches, and Production & Lean Manager at Henkel, overseeing adhesive production. Additional experience includes business ownership, teaching quality management, and significant achievements in procurement and maintenance management across multiple industries. Zacharias Santoso holds two Master of Science degrees from Delft University of Technology in Metallurgy and Petroleum Engineering.
