Arik'smost recent position was as the VP of R&D at DOKKA, where they developed innovative software tools for bookkeeping and accounting companies. These tools utilized AI, machine learning, and other innovative technologies to streamline processes such as documentation collection, storage, data extraction, and integration with accounting software.

Prior to this, Arik worked at GreenRoad as the Application Group Engineering Manager, where they played a key role in providing telematics solutions to improve driver behavior and fleet performance.

Arik also served as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead at Newvem Insight, where they played a crucial role in designing and deploying big data processing systems and development infrastructure for cloud performance analysis.

At Oracle, Arik worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Leadership Team Member, leading international development teams and contributing to the design of a private cloud management system.

During their time at Sun Microsystems and Aduva, Arik honed their software engineering skills, taking on roles such as Senior Software Engineer and Technical Leader.
