Emil Zak

Emil Zak has a diverse work experience. Emil is currently the Co-Founder and CTO at DOKKA.com since November 2015. Emil is also an Angel investor at Nift Networks since January 2015. In 2009, they founded and became the CEO of Verda Net. ltd. From January 2015 to January 2016, they worked as the VP R&D at Compass Networks. Before that, from December 2009 to December 2014, they held the position of Chief Architect DPI Technology at Huawei Technologies, where they delivered innovative DPI solutions and managed projects involving over 200 engineers and SEs. From January 2007 to December 2009, they served as the Director of Embedded at Ethos Networks, responsible for developing high-speed Carrier Grade network equipment. Prior to that, they worked at Allot Communications Ltd. as a System Engineer R&D from May 2006 to January 2007, and as a Senior SW Engineer from November 2000 to May 2006. Throughout their career, they have filed 5 patents as the main or sole inventor.

Emil Zak obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems from Sapir AC, Ben Gurion University from 1997 to 2000. Emil then pursued further education at Ono Academic College, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from 2008 to 2010.
