Hugo Palm

Hugo Palm is a dedicated professional currently serving as Key Account Manager at Dokobit by Signicat since January 2023, following a tenure as Account Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Telemarketing Sales Team Leader at AS TV Play Baltics from October 2020 to January 2023, where Hugo successfully led a sales team, trained new professionals, and achieved significant sales goals. Hugo also worked as a Telemarketing Sales Representative, where skills in identifying sales opportunities and boosting customer retention were demonstrated. Hugo completed secondary education at Hugo Treffneri Gümnaasium (2016-2019) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs at the University of Tartu, expected to graduate in the foreseeable future.
