Dr. Riza Kadilar

Dr. Riza Kadilar is a distinguished leader with extensive experience in mentoring, coaching, and consultancy, currently serving as the Founder and Mentor at K Ventures and the Regional Managing Director at Doktar Technologies. As Global President of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and President of the EMCC Turkey, Dr. Kadilar is highly active in fostering professional development in the mentoring sector. Additionally, Dr. Kadilar holds volunteer roles such as President of the TUSIAD Netherlands Task Force and a Scientific Committee Member at Institut du Bosphore, contributing to economic and cultural ties. Previously, Dr. Kadilar served as Senior Country Manager for Natixis and worked with various institutions, including Georgetown University and the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships. Dr. Kadilar's academic credentials include advanced degrees from Stanford University, INSEAD, HEC Paris, and Middle East Technical University, along with a PhD from Marmara University.
