Aby Mathew

Aby Mathew is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the media and entertainment industry, currently serving as a Senior Staff Content Engineer and Head of Training and Certification for Dolby Vision at Dolby Laboratories since December 2011. In this role, Aby oversees the training and certification of post-production facilities globally for Dolby Vision content creation, including aspects of color grading, mastering, and quality control. Prior to Dolby, Aby held various positions at Autodesk from 2004 to 2011, contributing to the development of the DI business around the Lustre product line and playing a key role in sales and marketing strategies across the Asia Pacific region. Aby's career began at Discreet, a division of Autodesk, where responsibilities included applications support and customer relationship management, along with earlier roles in 3D animation and graphic design. Aby holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Bangalore.
