Dillon Harnden-Shea

Dillon Harnden-Shea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in channel sales enablement and employee training. Currently serving as the Global Channel Enablement Manager at Dolby Laboratories since December 2014, Dillon has developed a comprehensive strategy for channel sales, marketing, and operations for Dolby Voice and Dolby Conference Phone products. Prior to this role, Dillon worked at Apple Retail from November 2009 to December 2014, where responsibilities included employee training and customer service as an Employee Trainer, Genius, Family Room Specialist, and Specialist, focusing on enhancing employee skills and customer experiences across various facets of the business. Dillon holds a degree from the Academy of Art University.
