Lauren A. Glover Poindexter

Lauren A. Glover Poindexter serves as the Senior Manager of Communications & People Experience at Dolby Laboratories since September 2016, where notable contributions include founding and leading Obsidian, Dolby's Black Employee Network, and enhancing employee engagement through innovative internal communications strategies.
