Mary Boland, MJ-LEL, MSHRD, currently serves as the Senior People Relations Manager at Dolby Laboratories since February 2023. Previous experience includes positions as Employee Relations Business Partner at Meta and Employee Relations Manager at Paychex. Mary Boland has held various human resources roles spanning multiple companies, including Rochester Regional Health and AvalonBay Communities, where responsibilities involved managing employee relations teams, coaching managers on conflict resolution and performance management, and handling union grievances. Mary Boland holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from St. John Fisher University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication.
