Mike del Santo

Mike Del Santo is a seasoned professional in the audio technology sector with extensive experience at leading companies. Currently serving as a Staff Validation Engineer and QA Lead at Dolby Laboratories since April 2019, Mike previously held the role of Staff Engineer in QA Tech Cinema within the same organization. Prior to this, Mike was the ASA USA Group Manager at Tymphany, where responsibilities included providing acoustic design support to enhance sales efforts. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Marketing Manager at Dolby Laboratories, focusing on customer engagement and product compliance, and serving as Certification Testing Manager at THX Ltd., managing technical support and testing for audio products. Mike began their career as a Lead Engineering Technician and holds an Associate of Science in Electronic Technology from Santa Rosa Junior College.
