Dolce Bella is a Long Island dessert brand specializing in flavored cannoli's, gelato, Italian ices, and luxury dessert experiences.

Founded by Brandyn, Dolce Bella started with a vision to modernize and elevate classic Italian desserts through creativity, branding, and unforgettable customer experiences. As the brand continued to grow, Brandyn teamed up with Big Red, helping turn Dolce Bella into both a recognized local dessert destination and a fast-growing catering and event brand across Long Island and NYC.

Today, Dolce Bella serves customers through its storefront experience, luxury catering services, and interactive dessert activations for corporate events, weddings, private parties, schools, hospitality groups, and large-scale celebrations. Known for our signature cannoli bars and elevated presentation, we create memorable experiences through live cannoli filling stations, customizable flavor selections, branded event setups, gelato catering, dessert platters, and Italian ice stations.
