Amy Parks currently serves as the Director of Global FSQA Governance and Regulatory Compliance at Dole Food Company, having transitioned from a similar role at DOLE Fresh Vegetables. With extensive experience in food safety and regulatory compliance, Amy has previously held positions as Manager of Food Safety at McCain Foods and Research Project Manager at Mérieux NutriSciences. Early career roles include a CASNR Safety Coordinator and Food Safety Research Associate at Texas Tech University, where Amy managed the Pathogen Processing Laboratory and mentored students.
