Xavier Roussel

Xavier Roussel is a seasoned marketing and sustainability executive with extensive experience in the food industry, particularly at Dole Food Company. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing and Sustainability, Xavier has held various leadership roles, including Director of Marketing, Communications, Corporate Responsibility, and Sustainability for Dole Fresh Fruit Europe from November 2010 to August 2015. Previous positions at Dole Europe include Marketing and Communication Director, Marketing and Sales Director, Banana Director, and General Manager. In the early stages of the career, Xavier was involved in the South African products import program and also served as Banana Export Manager at Pomona Import. Xavier holds a Young Managers Program degree from INSEAD and a bachelor's degree from ESSCA.
